Christopher Brewer is a seasoned security professional with more than a decade of experience leading safety and security operations in high-risk healthcare and behavioral health environments.
He founded Evergreen Security Solutions LLC to help organizations across healthcare, education, and industry create safer, trauma-informed environments through expert consulting, leadership development, and practical training.
Chris is certified in Security Management, Trauma-Informed Care, CPTED, AXON Master Instructor, and Emergency Operations, and is recognized for his calm leadership, professionalism, and focus on ethical, human-centered safety practices.

Andrew Loy brings a decade of professional experience in security leadership, emergency response management, and staff training. His background includes serving as Security Supervisor at a 157-bed behavioral health facility, where he developed and implemented comprehensive security protocols, conducted risk and threat assessments, and instructed hospital-wide de-escalation and crisis management training.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Andrew served honorably in the United States Army as a Ballistic Missile Defense Specialist, where he honed his skills in discipline, leadership, and operational readiness under high-pressure conditions.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Portland State University. His academic focus on organizational behavior, ethical leadership, and human relations informs his balanced approach to security operations and client engagement.
